This Limited Warranty applies to the original end-user purchaser of eligible STARLET products purchased directly from SunSpark Corp. or an authorized distributor and installed within the United States.
Core Technology – 5 Years
STARLET AP1 and RP1 light engines, including integral LED arrays and internal drivers, are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for five years from the original date of purchase under normal commercial or residential use.
During the applicable warranty period, SunSpark may, at its discretion, repair, replace or provide a prorated credit for covered Core Technology that fails under normal use.
LED products are considered defective for warranty purposes when 15% or more of the individual LEDs fail to illuminate or overall light output degrades by more than 30% within the warranty period. Complete failure of the applicable onboard TRIAC driver under normal operating voltage and conditions is covered.
Aesthetic Components – 30 Days
STARLET trims, pendants and surface-mount attachments are covered by a 30-day Aesthetic Guarantee against manufacturing blemishes, paint defects and structural irregularities present when the product is received.
Installers should inspect aesthetic components before installation. Damage arising after installation or from improper jobsite handling is not covered.

SunSpark’s warranty obligation is limited to the applicable repair, replacement or credit remedy for the defective product. Labor for removal or reinstallation, equipment rental and incidental, consequential, special or indirect damages are excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.
